Store Policies Refunds & Exchanges What will be accepted- All items featured on our website are brand new items. We will gladly refund or exchange items within 7 days if items are found to be faulty or not as described. In the event of a refund/exchange claim, the buyer is responsible for postage and insurance costs to return the item to us. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All items returned must be in the original packaging with all materials as received. What can not be accepted- We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
